Alzheimers & Dementia Care
Alzheimers and Dementia Care services allow your loved one to maintain the independence of their daily routines and the comfort of familiar surroundings. Care is made available in your loved one’s home, with services provided by qualified, knowledgeable, and compassionate caregivers. This way, your loved one can continue to live at home, receiving care designed to maximize quality of life. COSMETIC SURGERY RECOVERY CARE
Our Cosmetic Surgery Recovery Care services provide individuals with compassionate assistance for activities of daily living and recovery, which may be difficult or unsafe for these individuals to perform on their own. These in-home services cover, preparing meals, post surgery follow up appointments, proper care following doctors discharge instructions, 24hr monitoring after anesthesia, making sure there are no infections, as well as notifying your doctor of any changes.
TRANSPORTATION SERVICES
We understand that getting from point A to point B can be difficult for the elderly or after a procedure. As part of our services, we provide transportation services, accompanied by one of our trained caregivers, to safely get your loved one to and from:
- Doctor or therapy appointments
- Hospital or outpatient facility
- Initial transportation to and from hospital pre and post-op
- Prescription pick-up, grocery shopping, and other errands
MOVING / RELOCATION SERVICES
We know relocating to a care facility can often be a difficult time of change. Our relocation services help your loved one to feel more at home in their new environment by making the process as smooth as possible. We will partner with the new facility staff as needed to ensure a smooth transition as well as assist your loved one as needed to downsize belongings, transfer belongings, and set-up new environment.
